1. Pre-orders are reservation requests

When you submit the pre-order form on this website you are asking HolyFlatables to reserve a design for you. Submitting the form does not create a confirmed order and does not charge you.

2. Order stages

  • Reservation request: you've sent the form. You'll see a reference number on screen.
  • Confirmed order: your order is confirmed only when HolyFlatables sends you a confirmation email with the final details, including price and estimated timeline.
  • Paid order: an order is paid only once payment has been received. [Owner: specify accepted payment methods and when payment is due (for example, at confirmation or at shipment).]

3. Pricing

4. Production and shipping

HolyFlatables products are produced with manufacturing partners.
